How much do you charge for your tickets?

We generally charge above face value (the price printed on the ticket by the box office) for our tickets. As we are not affiliated with any box office, team, performer, or venue, we do not charge face value for our tickets. The price for our tickets reflects the costs associated with obtaining premium seating from different sources. While we do not list the face value for each individual ticket online, we are more than happy to disclose the face value over the telephone. Please contact our representatives for more information.

How do you ship tickets, and when will I receive my tickets?

All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Our standard service is a $10 3-day FedEx option, although we do have next morning delivery available for an extra fee. For exact shipping prices, please see shipping options when ordering, or contact one of our representatives via telephone.

How can I pay for my tickets?

We accept payment via the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this time, we do not accept cash, personal checks, cashier's checks or money order.
